  • First Purchase: The refund policy applies to the first purchase of a specific product. Repeated purchases and refunds of the same product may not qualify.
  • Account Standing: Your account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms and Conditions.

This refund policy applies to the following MarkyTech products and services:

Eligible for 14-Day Refund

  • Markylab SaaS Subscriptions: SmartReply AI, SnapReview, InkSig, and other Markylab product subscriptions.
  • Digital Products: One-time purchase digital tools or templates.
  • Service Retainers: Monthly retainer packages for ongoing services (refund applies to the current billing cycle only).

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Custom Development Projects: Bespoke software projects where work has already commenced, as these are governed by individual project agreements.
  • Completed Deliverables: Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
  • Third-Party Costs: Expenses for third-party services, hosting, domain registrations, or external tools purchased on your behalf.
  • Consultation Fees: Charges for completed consultation sessions.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, follow these steps:

  • Step 2 — Provide Details: Include your full name, email address associated with the purchase, order or invoice number, date of purchase, and the reason for requesting a refund.

  • Step 4 — Review: Our team will review your request and may reach out for additional information if needed.
  • Step 5 — Decision: You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days of submission.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Amount: The full purchase amount will be refunded. Any applicable transaction fees charged by payment processors may be deducted.

Subscription Cancellations

For ongoing subscriptions to Markylab products:

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Access: After cancellation, you will retain access to the product until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period, unless the cancellation is within the initial 14-day window.
  • Data Retention: Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. MarkyTech reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, including:

  • Service outages or technical issues that prevented you from using the product.
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges.
  • Situations where the delivered product significantly differs from what was described.
